I like this one better, because it moves a little faster and uses a good combination of body weight and weighted exercises, while Lucky 7 is all about the EZ Curl Bar. ![]() I have not had a great deal of experience with pyramid style workouts, so really all I can compare this one to is Lucky 7 from Body Beast. So for set one we do 1 rep, then 2 reps for set 2 and so on. We pyramid the exercises during this workout, meaning that we do multiple sets of each exercise, and add one rep with each set. ![]()
